Between 10°c & 12°c. John Dory and lemon, Chicken tajine, Salmon terrine
Golden robe with a very beautiful luster.
Fine and elegant nose with aromas of peaches, lime tree, and scrubland (thyme, olive...). A touch of salinity will tickle your nose and suggest the terroir where this wine is from, without yet revealing all the mysteries. A nose that induces drinking this wine.
Round, silky, very smooth mouth, consistent with the nose. Once the wine has had time to breathe or you give your glass a swirl, aromas then release their full potential with additional hints of dried apricot and orange peel coming through, underlined by a good acidity and a pleasing salinity, giving us a good taste of terroir and freshness. The specificities of the grape varieties express themselves with balance and harmony, giving us a truly delicious, fresh and well balanced wine. A very good length in the mouth leaves a pleasant memory of this wine and calls for another glass.
This moment where everything stops, facing a bucolic painting, that of Figuières, abrupt and sensual, in the heart of the scrubland. You gaze in silence, under one of the fig trees, this unspoilt and secluded nature. We open the Figuières doors for you, by laying the intense foundations of sensations to share between aesthetes. Tempus carries with it the fragrances swept by the wind, omnipresent.
